Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Stoilkovska is a full professor at the University of Tourism and Management, Skopje. She is the current Dean of the Faculty of Human Resource Management and Head of Postgraduate Studies at the University.

In his many years of academic experience she has written over 50 scientific papers in the field of human resource management, published in renowned scientific journals, as well as 6 university textbooks.

Many of the trainings in the field of management and human resource management, in the country and abroad, are facilitated by prof. Dr. Aleksandra Stoilkovska.
